Sonja is the ISG office nag, team Mum and MD’s Panadol.

She graduated from the University of Sydney with a BA (Hons) and MA (Hons) and began working life in the public service determining refugee status for onshore asylum seekers. She then moved to Borneo, East Malaysia where for 2 decades she was an expat corporate warrior handling media and investor relations for a publicly-traded infrastructure company. From her jungle base, Sonja travelled widely with her family, especially around Asia.

Now back living on the spectacular northern beaches of Sydney, Sonja manages a busy household with 3 grown sons and is always cooking up a storm. A yoga fan, she was also once a handy badminton player and still enjoys a regular game.
