Yujun (Eugene) Du

Satellite Geodesist

Yujun Du has a PhD in Geodesy and Surveying Engineering from Wuhan University, China. His PhD thesis involved autonomous orbit determination of GNSS with inter-satellite links. He did postdoctoral research at Shandong University and University of New South Wales, Sydney, focusing on GNSS positioning and satellite orbit determination. His research has been funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. In addition, Yujun has participated in the Chinese Antarctic Research Expedition as a geodesist and surveyor. He overwintered at Antarctic Zhongshan station, conducting geodesy and geodynamics research and providing geospatial support to the expedition.
